I have received an order from one of my customers, what should I do?

-If you have a turnkey site or if the order comes from a channel integrated with Bdroppy, you will find the order in the Orders > My orders section of the side menu of the Bdroppy dashboard.

You will then have to select and pay for it by Credit Card or Paypal.

Once paid, we will prepare and ship the order to your end customer.

When the order status changes to DISPATCHED, a truck icon will appear in the order, click on the icon to follow the tracking of the shipment.

If your sales channel is not integrated with Bdroppy, you will have to manually create the order.

• Go to the Orders > My orders section of the side menu of the Bdroppy dashboard.

• Click on Add order

• Enter the SKU code of the item you wish to order

• Select the item

• Proceed with the payment of the order to confirm

Once paid we will prepare and ship the order to your final customer.
