How do I deactivate my active plan?

To deactivate your plan, log into your personal area and go to Profile > General > interrupt renewal.

Please note: The cost of the service is subject to change and if you wish to interrupt the renewal and reactivate the service, you will have to make a manual payment in accordance with the current prices on BDroppy.
